Vintage Girls & Their Vintage Bicycles | 10 Images of Inspiration

There is nothing more nostalgic of happy memories, warm sunny days, and the feeling of being innocent & carefree than riding a bicycle. I have fond (and not so fond) memories of learning how to ride a bicycle. That elated feeling you get when you let go of the pedals and speed down a hill. The wind in your hair, the fabric of your skirt rustling softly against your legs...

    Ohh before I didn't really like bikes, but you opened my eyes:

    Lady who's riding old-looking bike and wearing these kind of clothes is so beautiful view! Okay, I am so going to buy some old bike with little straw basket and wait for the summer and then ride with my bike to collect flowers. THANK YOU.

    i really love vintage bicycles. when i see people riding one around town, i'll go telling everyone how i want to take it from them it haha. i was once tempted to steal a WWII era bicycle on display in the museum.

    this post makes me happy! when confronted with the difference between boy bikes and girl bikes as a child, I remember thinking, "who rides a bike in a dress, anyway?" ;)

    My mother in law has a giant print of the 5th one from the bottom (where the girl is wearing the large hat with the flower on it) in her bathroom.
