(there, I said it!)
It's just a nice feeling to know that life moves on, we continue to move forward, onward... I marvel that with each passing day I am still learning so many things, still growing and changing as a person. I'm not ashamed to admit I read my fair share of self help books and lately I've opened up a lot more to my friends about things I am dealing with. It's hard for me to put myself in a place of being vulnerable or where people are aware I'm weak and breaking. Anyhow, without getting too far into personal details... let's move on to the upcoming vintage shop updates, shall we?
An incredible vintage 1930s dress (possibly early 1940s) with darling bunny print and cascade at the waist.
Wispy and light as air vintage 1920s dress with pale pink floral print.
one of my favorites! antique edwardian dress with sheer floral lace and ruffles.
A vintage purse with beautiful floral tapestry motif
Black silk vintage 1930s dress with basque waist and bodice gathers
Amazing! This vintage flapper dress is crafted with thousands of black and blue beads!

About what you wrote at the beginning, thanks for the sharing. I believe that weakness is human. When you reveal yourself, people can really connect at a point where their weaknesses can also come out.
ReplyDeleteI love those first two dresses! Not a big edwardian fan but it is still a wonderful find. As for your vulnerability...it is so very scary but so worth it to discover that we are all really in the same boat. Even though it takes longer for some to realize it.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely rabbit print. Love it!
