There's been a quiet busy buzz with everything going on at ADORED | VINTAGE. I am finding that every single one of my days is filled up, planned, and accounted for. There's definitely been a lot of love, laughter, tears (of happiness and sadness), and all around crazy around here. But for the most part, when looking back at these little snapshots of my life... I feel very blessed.

I'm definitely enjoying life, but I need a day of doing nothing soon. But that's hard for me. I hate being idle. And I hate feeling like I didn't progress in any way. A day of doing nothing is a day wasted for me. :) How about you?

Anyhow, if you have INSTAGRAM... hope you will follow me!

  1. I do feel guilty with a day off. A day off of regular work for me means that I have the luxury of working with vintage instead of food for that day. When I do nothing, I truly feel as though I have wasted my time. Lovely photos!

    1. Oh my gosh the vintage shop had SO MANY amazing vintage shoes from the 1940s and 1950s but as luck would have it most were size 5.5 and I wear a 6. Oh cruel joke! LOL.

  8. Lovely photos, I hope your sad days soon turn into happier ones! I also hate being idle, nothing annoys me more than just sitting there when I know there's lots I could be doing; though I guess at the end of a lazy day you do feel more relaxed! How about a pamper day? Still lazy, yet productive and for your own benefit! xx

  13. I day can never be really spent doing nothing. Even just sitting at home reading a book is doing something, and it really contributes to your overall health. That in turn means you'll be more productive when you do get back to work. It's so important to give ourselves some time to relax. Hope this weekend treated you well. I love love love that first photo. I wish I had such a space to call my own.

    1. I completely agree...sometimes it is harder for me to take time to recharge. I'm always just going going going then I get annoyed at myself if I stop.

Luckily I have someone in my life that literally will tell me "take a break, come sit down, let me make you tea" *hehe*

Thank you so much for you thoughtful and sweet comment!
